On April 12th, we welcomed our long-time distribution partner from Vietnam back to the KDB Medical factory to mark a meaningful milestone—renewing our cooperation agreement, this time for a three-year term.
This wasn’t the beginning of our journey together—but a reaffirmation of a partnership that has grown steadily over the past few years.
Before working with us, the client had tested partnerships with several other suppliers. However, despite efforts, their monthly sales of commode chairs remained stagnant, even declining at times. It wasn’t until they partnered with KDB Medical that real momentum began. We listened closely to their market feedback and collaborated to develop solutions that directly addressed local user pain points—refining everything from product dimensions and features to packaging and after-sales usability.
After more than a year of close coordination, the results became clear: monthly sales grew from fewer than 300 units to a stable 1,000 units per month by early 2025. That growth came not from luck—but from shared effort, open communication, and continuous iteration.
During this most recent visit, the partner toured our workshop and product showroom, revisiting how our core models have evolved from early-stage concepts version 1.0 to 4.0. Many of these upgrades were developed through our co-creation process—shaped by real feedback from the field.
We also held a thorough review of past challenges, future opportunities, and what it will take to further expand in their region. After this in-depth exchange, the client decided to move from a one-year renewal cycle to a three-year cooperation agreement, reflecting their confidence in long-term planning with us.
