At the beginning of 2025, KDB Medical received an inquiry through our online platform from Hasan Demircioglu, a respected Turkish distributor in the rehabilitation equipment industry. He was seeking customized solutions for commode chairs. Through early conversations, we learned that Hasan Demircioglu’s company has been operating in Turkey since 1956, specializing in electric wheelchairs and other rehabilitation products. With decades of market presence, the company has a strong reputation and sales influence locally, and they were exploring new manufacturing partners alongside their existing suppliers in China.
After several rounds of discussion, Hasan Demircioglu expressed initial confidence in our proposed product customization plan. However, his internal decision-making team was still evaluating options. To build mutual trust, our General Manager and Sales Manager personally visited Turkey the following month for an on-site business discussion. This face-to-face engagement allowed both sides to better understand each other’s values and capabilities.
Following this visit, Hasan Demircioglu decided to visit our factory in person to inspect our product quality, R&D expertise, and service capabilities firsthand. On June 22, 2025, we had the honor of welcoming him to KDB Medical. During the visit, we invited Hasan Demircioglu to act as a product inspection officer, experiencing our KDB699J One-Touch Foldable Commode Chair personally. A short video captured him testing and interacting with the product, highlighting both the safety features and ergonomic design.
Impressed by our production standards and attentive service, Hasan Demircioglu connected his decision-making team via video to showcase the product’s real-time performance. By the end of the day, the cooperation was officially confirmed, marking a new milestone in our partnership.
This collaboration represents the first step in establishing long-term trust. To protect the reputation and legacy of Hasan Demircioglu’s nearly 70-year brand history, KDB Medical commits to ensuring that every product and component meets ISO 13485, CE, FDA, and MDMR standards. We continue to invite Hasan Demircioglu as a product inspection officer and market information advisor, ensuring that any internal team or end-market feedback is addressed promptly, and that solutions are collaboratively implemented to the satisfaction of both parties.
